Healthy but extreme weight loss diets?

I’m 15 and weigh about 62 kilo’s, my fatty area is mainly in my tummy and I have pretty big hips which i’ve never been happy with. For awhile I was trying detox diets and recently discovered I’d just but the weight on afterwards again. I’ve wanted to lose weight for as long as I can remember, I want to be really thin and have a flat stomach and for my thighs not to touch.
I just want some tips on how much exercise I should do per day and good exercises that will help lose fat, and healthy foods to eat or a good diet that will help me lose weight
