Sounds pretty healthy, but I would try to change white rice brown rice with dinner. Make sure you are eating at least 1200 calories, many people think So, if I do not eat much I lose weight but your body needs at least 1200 calories to function. if you eat less, clings to fat because it thinks it is starving. Try adding a little more fruit to balance our your food pyramid, and make sure you're exercising:) even if you can not the gym, walk around the block after dinner, you burn more calories than sitting on the couch! good luck:)
