How I can remove my night's sleep habits?
I spent a couple of weeks at a friend's house for the summer holidays (which, because my school schedule, if in fact three weeks in July). Well, this is easy. If you've been going to sleep 6 in the morning for example, and get up at 14:00, is just go to bed an hour, half an hour earlier. Over time you'll be back to normal. Make sure that during their daily routines, doing things that will make you more tired, as you exercise.
