To pass hunger for long periods on a diet of this type is dangerous. The body is not designed daily food shortages. It's just not healthy. The big problem with this type of eating plan is that you end up losing so many pounds in muscle as it fat. You will end up losing some weight, but is at a high cost. When you lose muscle, this means that when you return to your normal eating plan, your body will naturally burn calories. This makes you end up gaining more weight in the long term.
If you want a few fast day is only temporary, with a juice with some vitamins and nutrients is a good thing to do. Never be extended by a rapid weight loss. These shortcuts do not have long term positive effects.
