lemonade diet good or bad
FELLOW PREGOS! Is there a "Low Cal Drink" out there that's okay to drink during pregnancy?
I drank Crystal Light Lemonade for the past year and love it very low cal and it tastes good! After becoming pregnant, I learned how the situation is to drink artificial sweeteners (Aspartame. .. main ingredient in Crystal Light and diet drinks many others), especially when you are pregnant! I obviously know that I can drink juice, water, milk, Sprite etc etc … But I wonder … Is there a Low calorie drink there that I can drink than water? Generally, a diet drink or "light" drink that contains no aspartame that anyone can recommend? PS ~ Just an FYI ….. I eat lots of calories per day for me and my baby. I do not want on it and add just 600 extra calories in soft drinks, and eventually acquire a ton of weight … like my last pregnancy! = /
The only drink I can think of is blueberries stoff Arizona green tea flavors it is 20 calories per bottle and it does not have and sweeteners, and it is very good! im addicted, .. Gotta waatch Did you buy Tho im in Canada and can accommodate up to 6 dollars a bottle, but can be very cheap in some other places too .. CONGRATS!
