internal cleansing detox program
How do I use this supplement for detoxification?
I bought a detox program called "Ladder 24", which is 24 hours, internal cleansing program. That appears in the box there are instructions inside. None. There are 4 bags dust. Does anyone have any idea about how do this? Is it something you mix with water or juice? Should I drink the mixture all at once or SIP throughout the day? Is it better to start in the morning or at night? Please help if you have any idea.
