Medical research suggests that there is no evidence that detox diets help us lose weight or become healthier.waste. In fact, our liver and skin are finely tuned bodies are constantly detoxifying our bodies and do not need extra help.

Overall I am a defender of "everything in moderation." While no more than enjoying long, our bodies are able to "detox" to themselves. In the same vein, also add that I do not think that hurts us a little cut, either. During the Christmas and New Year, probably drank too much alcohol and coffee, ate too many carbohydrates and drank some water less than usual. Only one or two weeks I will be on a regular normal organic food and drinks, only to start up my body in 2009. I have listed below what will be consumed during that period.

On waking: A cup of hot water with a slice of lemon in it or mint tea.

Breakfast: Porridge made with organic organic soy milk. To this is added the berries, a splash of maple syrup and ground flax seeds, pumpkin, sesame and sunflower seeds.

Lunch: Leek Soup lentils and homemade wheat bread with a free crunchy organic peanut butter with a raw salad.

Dinner: Grilled fish / chicken with plenty fresh vegetables.

Before bed: A cup of hot water with a slice of lemon in it or mint tea.

Me too drink two cups of green or white tea (organic, of course) and at least 8 glasses of water throughout the day.

For a snack at half morning and afternoon, I'll Have any hummus dip with raw carrots and celery or a small handful of unsalted nuts and dried fruits.

I will avoid coffee, alcohol, processed foods, dairy products, wheat, seafood and red meat. I will try to use organic products whenever possible.

This may seem strict and boring, but I never feel hungry and usually above the 2nd, coffee cravings are gone!

No no magic formula or miracle foods included in the former. It's just a case of simple organic food consumption, natural.

In the past, when I cut all stimulants, I found my skin to be clearer, I sleep better and generally loose about 6 pounds.

At the end of two weeks, gradually introduce foods that have avoided, but still try to maintain high GI carbs, coffee and alcohol to a minimum.

As you can see, none of the above is the food specialist or difficult to purchase or maintain. Organic foods are usually more expensive, but the previous regime can continue without using organic products. The benefits can not be that large but still feel healthier at the end of two weeks.
