I've heard that works, but u Hafta follow the directions exactly. Ya, my advice is 2 to quit while on probation, but if smoke or there are methods less expensive than buying the drinks. A lot of people use cranberry juice capsules, taking vitamin B 12 (perhaps B6, not sure), and the Dietary Suppliment called niacin. I am not a smoker, so I do not know how much u should take or when 2 take it.
