Does the "Acai Berry Detox really work?
I am 15 and 180 pounds, I've been fat all my life and I've been on fad diets forever. but for about two monthes I've been eating no sugar and only 100% whole wheat. I've only lost ten pounds-ish. I really want to go down to around 150, maybe less. I really have tried. and I workout all year. So I was wondering if anyone knew if the "Acai berry detox" really work? and if I could buy as vitamins Shoppe or GNC?
idk I asked the same question a week ago .. an i got answers to lnegative .. my answer would be to Google .. My friend is the one she hasn't noticed anything, but its only been a couple of weeks .. I wanted to start takin it too, but I did not know .. but it sounds like you a good diet keep it up!
