fruit, vegetables, and detoxification of water and diet?
I'm going on vacation for 2 months and I look hot. I'm making a fruit, vegetable, and water diet. Will I lose weight? I dance well, I excerise every day, and go to the gym. What is the best fruit and vegetables to eat every days? and there is a limit to the amount of fruits and vegetables you can eat? also, I want some protein like eggs or chicken, but something very low in fat, idk, and how often should I eat protein … help me if you know =] thanks
If you follow a diet like this, lose weight, but keep in mind that if you restrict yourself too intense desire and will end up in junk food binges. Also, be sure to eat enough to not let their slow metabolism much – the exercise will help you with this, too. Definitely need to get protein – lean meats, eggs, cheese and all are good. Even if your diet mainly consists of fruits and vegetables, make sure its at least a little balanced and get some bread in there too. I know you've heard a lot about carbohydrates that 'bad', but are not. Finally, take a multivitamin daily – are very important! Good luck.
