detox diet quick weight loss

im really struggling to lose 10 pounds end …….?
After the birth of my baby had a quite reasonable amount to lose … me slow and sensitive … and developed a lot …. the final 10 pounds does not move …… im really frustrated …….. would be a quick crash diet is the answer to a week or two and then trying to maintain weight loss by sensible eating .. People …… that crash diets do not work … blah, blah …… and I know that this is not the healthy way to go, but I wonder if I could fool my body, significantly reducing food intake, and once in my goal to keep trying to eat healthy and continue working out …….. perhaps even a detox for several days? Anyone with experience please reply thanks!
Reduce food intake by 300 calories. Exercise for 1 hour and 30 minutes a day. Be consistent.
