detox diet home

Has anyone done a salt water flush at home?
I've been reading about outbreaks of salt water and I'm thinking of making one at home to help me in the process detoxification and diet. Has anyone done a home that can give me full details on exactly what to do and how will it affect me? I can use unrefined salt, but if the sea salts and minerals in the water? How effective is it really? Thanks!
I have done several SWF. Use non-iodized sea salt-only. Add two tablespoons in 1 liter of water at a temperature of drinking tea. You should not have eaten for eight hours before taking this. Do it first thing in the morning. Drink the water in a stting but do not swallow. Try to finish within ten minutes, but do not worry if you can not – as long finish. Lie on your right side for 30 minutes after drinking so that water drains easily from the stomach to the intestines. Do whatever you want after that, but what about the bathroom. If it works, mucus and tears will very mess about an hour after drinking. There may be more eliminations. Do not fart without sitting on the toilet – can not be the wind:) If not work you may need to increase three teaspoons of salt (the idea is that salt increases the density of water to match the blood stream passes directly through the kidneys, but all have a weight different specific blood). It takes three teaspoons and about two or three before I was successful, but days tend to work first time (I only do this when I'm fasting). It does much damage to the intestinal flora such as enemas or colonics but if you do a little clean is a good idea to eat probiotics for a while to intestinal flora growth. Pro-biotic yoghurts are good and so are bananas, garlic, onion and cabbage. If it does not work or can not drink salt water do not worry. If you are fasting, stick with it, but expect to feel more hunger and lethargy that if he had worked.
