I need to lose 18 pounds in 3 ½ weeks?
Well … I begin with a week of detoxification, if possible? Please do not say it is healthy that in that amount of time, cos it's healthier for me to follow things my arteries with fat! Okay? Now, please, I bike atleast 1 hour a day, so exercise 1 hour a day, do 40 push-ups a day and 10 push-ups one days and 10 launches … Now, this exercise plan is good enough? I'll make more to help weight loss and toning??? I need a diet plan now please! I need serious answers and no warnings of danger or meaningless answers! thanks UI to really appreciate it! Health!
I understand your point. You are right in wanting to lose weight, but losing in such a short time could cause problems. You say that clogged arteries are a problem, losing all that weight so fast that we would be creating even greater problems. Allow 1 hour and a half or two hours a day, drinking water, reduce fat, eat fruit. Eat a diet, but do not become anorexic or bulimic please. Trust me, take care of your body and you will see results within a reasonable period of time. And … as does arteries that are less "stuffed." You could endanger your life by going to extremes. More crunches, keep the bikes, comes perhaps in a Pilates or kickboxing, including aerobics class. He is famous for making people thin.
