What is the best colon/body cleansing pill or drink?

I have been to GNC and purchased their GNC body cleansing AM and PM set. The employee who recommended it said that he lost 10 lbs. I understand that not everyone gets the same results, but after trying the GNC brand (without much luck), I’m looking for more ideas and recommendations. Thank you :]
