I'm starting a detox diet help?

So I'm just starting a detox diet. I ate 2 apples and 3 Banana, then I'm going to continue eating fruits. I drank tons of water too. I will for about 2 -3 weeks. Is this really unhealthy? I hope my hair often start to fall out or something, because I'm not going to be eating all the fatty acids you need for your hair to grow?
