so im leaving for vaca in about 17 days. I just weigh in and Ive lost 14 pounds, and for some reason i cannot tell a difference, I have the most to lose weight in my belly, im desperate for ideas Quick, help me to lose a few pounds somemore AND FAST, please dnt send me any links of cheese, or say something mean, i dnt rly have time for that. Monday im water from fasting for ten days to cleanse my body, I've done my research so much trouble TSD, also try to make at least 200 bicycle crunches every day, What can I do for anti, has anyone any video link from easy ab exercises that I can possibly do before going to bed to help burn some calories in my leak? I am also trying the acai berry. I really need answers Quick and easy, and please no links with sites require orders diet pills, or take me forever to read! im not say, lol im just desperate
The best way to lose weight fast is portion control. Eat many small meals throughout the day and do Winsor Pilates is a great series of simple exercises to tone your body. You will love it. Although luck.
